A nevel\u0151int\u00e9zeti fi\u00fak Landler Jen\u0151 \u00c1llami \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Iskol\u00e1j\u00e1t a v\u00e1ros egyik legjobb tanint\u00e9zet\u00e9nek tartott\u00e1k, ahol kiv\u00e1l\u00f3 pedag\u00f3gusok dolgoztak, \u00e9s sokoldal\u00fa, a zenei-m\u0171v\u00e9szeti oktat\u00e1st, a sportot \u00e9s a sz\u00ednj\u00e1tsz\u00e1st is mag\u00e1ban foglal\u00f3 k\u00e9pz\u00e9s folyt. A gyerekek, akik szabadidej\u00fckben sokszor sz\u00e1mh\u00e1bor\u00faztak a k\u00f6zeli Szabads\u00e1g (a k\u00e9s\u0151bbi Berzsenyi) parkban, ak\u00e1r kert\u00e9szkedhettek is.<\/p>\n<p class=\"kv-page-content-paragraph\">Bics\u00e1k J\u00f3zsef nyugalmazott t\u0171zolt\u00f3, aki 1952-ben lett a \u201eSzuntyernek\u201d is nevezett nevel\u0151otthon bentlak\u00e1sos tanul\u00f3ja, \u00edgy eml\u00e9kezett az iskola els\u0151 \u00e9veire: <em>\u201eReggel hatkor \u00e9bresztettek benn\u00fcnket, nyolct\u00f3l egyig tartott az iskola, azt\u00e1n eb\u00e9d, kis pihen\u0151 k\u00f6vetkezett, majd j\u00f6ttek a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 szakk\u00f6r\u00f6k, s megint a tanul\u00e1s. Vas\u00e1rnap d\u00e9lel\u0151tt mehett\u00fcnk kimen\u0151re, de csak akkor, ha azon a h\u00e9ten nem cs\u00faszott be egyes oszt\u00e1lyzat.
