Maga az \u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9s 1896. okt\u00f3ber 6-\u00e1n indult: a c\u00e9g tulajdonosa, Gr\u00e1ner G\u00e9za ekkor kezdte meg az igazgat\u00f3i lak\u00e1s alapoz\u00e1s\u00e1t. M\u00e9g a t\u00e9l be\u00e1llta el\u0151tt tet\u0151 al\u00e1 ker\u00fclt, \u00e9s 1897 nyar\u00e1ra el is k\u00e9sz\u00fclt ez a mell\u00e9k\u00e9p\u00fclet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"kv-page-content-paragraph\">A f\u00f6ldmunk\u00e1kkal a f\u0151\u00e9p\u00fclet \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9be is belev\u00e1gtak 1897. m\u00e1rcius 3-\u00e1n.
