A forradalom kezdet\u00e9r\u0151l el\u0151sz\u00f6r 1875-ben eml\u00e9keztek meg<\/a>\u00a0nyilv\u00e1nosan Kaposv\u00e1ron \u2013 egy fogad\u00f3ban, \u00fcnnepi bankett form\u00e1j\u00e1ban. A gimn\u00e1zium<\/a>\u00a0csaknem k\u00e9t \u00e9vtizeddel k\u00e9s\u0151bb, 1894-ben tartotta meg els\u0151 m\u00e1rcius 15-i \u00fcnneps\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/p>\n

A rendezv\u00e9nyre a tan\u00edt\u00e1s utols\u00f3 \u00f3r\u00e1j\u00e1ban, a rajzteremben ker\u00fclt sor (a gimn\u00e1zium ekkor m\u00e9g a f\u0151t\u00e9ri \u00e9p\u00fcletben<\/a>\u00a0m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00f6tt), ahol Endrei \u00c1kos<\/a>\u00a0(1860\u20131918), a magyar \u00e9s n\u00e9met nyelv tan\u00e1ra mondott besz\u00e9det. A tanul\u00f3k szavaltak (a \u201eTalpra magyar\u2026\u201d<\/em> m\u00e1r ekkor sem maradhatott el), \u00e9s hazafias dalokat \u00e9nekeltek. \u201eNagyon sz\u00e9p gondolat volt, hadd tanuljon az ifj\u00fas\u00e1g lelkesedni t\u00f6rt\u00e9neti eml\u00e9kek s azok\u00e9rt, kik azt csin\u00e1lt\u00e1k!\u201d<\/em> \u2013 dics\u00e9rte a sajt\u00f3 a szervez\u0151ket. De az \u00fajs\u00e1g\u00edr\u00f3 azt is hozz\u00e1tette: \u201eKaposv\u00e1rott m\u00e9g mindig sokan f\u00e9lnek, demonstr\u00e1ci\u00f3nak tartj\u00e1k meg\u00fcnnepelni m\u00e1rcius 15-\u00e9nek t\u00f6rt\u00e9neti \u00e9vfordul\u00f3j\u00e1t\u201d<\/em> (Somogy<\/a><\/em>, 1894. m\u00e1rcius 18.). Ez a f\u00e9lelem vagy ink\u00e1bb bizonytalans\u00e1g nyilv\u00e1n hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rult ahhoz, hogy a megyesz\u00e9khely \u00e1llami gimn\u00e1zium\u00e1ban<\/a>\u00a0csak ekkor \u00e9s nem el\u0151bb kezd\u0151dtek meg az \u00fcnneps\u00e9gek. Mert a csurg\u00f3i reform\u00e1tus gimn\u00e1zium \u00e9ppen egy \u00e9vtizeddel el\u0151zte meg a kaposv\u00e1rit: a megye legr\u00e9gibb k\u00f6z\u00e9piskol\u00e1j\u00e1ban 1884-t\u0151l kezdve minden \u00e9vben megeml\u00e9keztek m\u00e1rcius 15-\u00e9r\u0151l. A kaposv\u00e1ri k\u00f6z\u00e9piskol\u00e1ban addig csak a tan\u00e9v idej\u00e9re es\u0151 hivatalos \u00fcnnepeket tartott\u00e1k meg rendszeresen: okt\u00f3ber 4-\u00e9t, november 19-\u00e9t \u00e9s j\u00fanius 8-\u00e1t \u2013 teh\u00e1t Ferenc J\u00f3zsef<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9s Erzs\u00e9bet kir\u00e1lyn\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0neve napj\u00e1t, valamint a koron\u00e1z\u00e1s<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9vfordul\u00f3j\u00e1t.<\/p>\n

Az iskol\u00e1k z\u00e1rtabb vil\u00e1ga term\u00e9szetesen m\u00e1s felt\u00e9teleket teremtett m\u00e1rcius 15-e \u00fcnnepl\u00e9s\u00e9hez, mint a banketteknek otthont ad\u00f3 vend\u00e9gl\u0151k, kiskocsm\u00e1k oldott, szabad, esetenk\u00e9nt demokratikus l\u00e9gk\u00f6re. Elszigeteltebb volt ez a vil\u00e1g, az \u00fcnnepi jelk\u00e9prendszer elterjed\u00e9s\u00e9ben m\u00e9gis az iskolai \u00fcnneps\u00e9gek j\u00e1tszott\u00e1k a legfontosabb szerepet. M\u00e1rcius 15-e \u00e9s 1848<\/a>\u00a0hagyom\u00e1nya igaz\u00e1b\u00f3l az iskol\u00e1k falai k\u00f6z\u00f6tt v\u00e1lt annyi nemzed\u00e9k k\u00f6z\u00f6s szellemi kincs\u00e9v\u00e9. Somogyban az adott nagy l\u00f6k\u00e9st a folyamatnak, hogy a megye k\u00e9t gimn\u00e1ziuma mellett az 1890-es \u00e9vek v\u00e9g\u00e9t\u0151l m\u00e1r a kaposv\u00e1ri elemi iskol\u00e1kban is rendszeresen \u00fcnnepelni kezdt\u00e9k a nagy napot.<\/p>\n
