Kapcsolatba ker\u00fclt Makk J\u00f3zsef volt honv\u00e9d ezredes illeg\u00e1lis felszabad\u00edt\u00f3 mozgalm\u00e1val, amelyet azonban (nem ok n\u00e9lk\u00fcl) k\u00f6nnyen leleplezhet\u0151nek tartott. Gerillacsapat szervez\u00e9s\u00e9vel, egyenruh\u00e1k beszerz\u00e9s\u00e9vel is pr\u00f3b\u00e1lkozott Noszlopy, de az, hogy Kecskem\u00e9t k\u00f6rny\u00e9k\u00e9n a magyarorsz\u00e1gi k\u00f6r\u00faton lev\u0151 <a href=\"\/varostortenet\/b-050\">Ferenc J\u00f3zsef<\/a>\u00a0cs\u00e1sz\u00e1r foglyul ejt\u00e9s\u00e9t tervezte volna, csak a dualizmus kor\u00e1ban keletkezett legenda. (Ut\u00f3bbival az osztr\u00e1k b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g sem v\u00e1dolta meg Noszlopyt.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"kv-page-content-paragraph\">A Noszlopy testv\u00e9reket 1852 m\u00e1jus\u00e1ban t\u00e1voll\u00e9t\u00fckben hal\u00e1lra \u00edt\u00e9lte a hadb\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g. G\u00e1sp\u00e1rt 1852. november 16-\u00e1n Pesten ism\u00e9t elfogt\u00e1k, s miut\u00e1n a b\u00e9csi hadit\u00f6rv\u00e9nysz\u00e9k m\u00e1sodszor is hal\u00e1lra \u00edt\u00e9lte, Pesten kiv\u00e9gezt\u00e9k. Az \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat v\u00e9g\u00e9n fel\u00e1ll\u00edtott akaszt\u00f3fa el\u0151tt \u2013 Soltra Alajos reform\u00e1tus lelk\u00e9sz visszaeml\u00e9kez\u00e9se szerint \u2013 azt az \u00f3hajt\u00e1s\u00e1t fejezte ki, hogy az osztr\u00e1k cs\u00e1sz\u00e1ri h\u00e1z tagjai \u201elegyenek sz\u00e1mkivetettek \u00e9s f\u00f6ld\u00f6nfut\u00f3k\u201d. So\u00f3s Istv\u00e1n alkot\u00e1sa), s arr\u00f3l is sz\u00f3 esett, hogy a 19. sz\u00e1zad elej\u00e9n alap\u00edtott <a href=\"\/varostortenet\/b-036\">kaposv\u00e1ri gimn\u00e1ziumot<\/a>\u00a0a szabads\u00e1gh\u0151sr\u0151l nevezn\u00e9k el.
