A hetvenes \u00e9vekben n\u00e9h\u00e1ny ter\u00fcleten ism\u00e9t a polg\u00e1rosod\u00e1s gyakorlata kezdett \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00fclni a Kapos partj\u00e1n, s t\u00e9rt nyert a mag\u00e1nszektor is. M\u00e1sk\u00e9ppen ugyan, mint a R\u00e1kosi-korszakban, de ism\u00e9t l\u00e1tv\u00e1nyoss\u00e1 v\u00e1lt a k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9g a szocializmus egyed\u00fcl \u00fcdv\u00f6z\u00edt\u0151 volt\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 propaganda \u00e9s a mindennapi val\u00f3s\u00e1g k\u00f6z\u00f6tt.
